Help: Software/Hardware requirements
To watch a video, your computer must have up-to-date video viewing software installed. If the video doesn't work, you need to install the FREE Windows Media Player. It takes some time to download the files. Please wait.
If you are having problems watching videos, check the Software/Hardware requirements below, or contact your computer manufacturer.

Windows Media Player Plug-in for Netscape Navigator
If you are using a Microsoft® Windows OS with Windows Media Player 6.4 and use Netscape Navigator 3 or later as your browser, you must install the plug-in to use Windows Media Player 6.4.
Or if you are using Netscape as your default browser on your Windows OS system, and are creating Web pages with the embedded Windows Media Player 6.4 using the EMBED tag, you must also install the plug-in.
Important: Be sure to install the plug-in AFTER you install Netscape Navigator AND the Player. If you install Netscape Navigator before you install Windows Media Player 6.4 (for example, if you reformatted your system and are reinstalling your software), you will not need the plug-in.
